BayanTrade expands regionally as it acquires CITP Singapore Pte. Limited and its subsidiary, PT Columbus IT Indonesia. In a Share Purchase Agreement signed February 15 between BayanTrade’s Singapore entity BayanTrade Singapore PTE Ltd. and CITP mother company Columbus IT Partner, BayanTrade formally buys 100% of CITP Singapore which in turn has controlling interest in PT Columbus IT Indonesia.
