Ms. Adeline Pacia
Vice-President, Enterprise Solutions Group

Adeline Pacia earned her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines - Diliman, where she is also currently enrolled in Masters in Technology Management program.

The first half of over two decades of working experience were spent in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Inc., where she quickly rose from the ranks from Programmer Analyst to Project Manager, engaged in systems development and implementations in both mainframe and microcomputer environments. After 9 years with CIS, she moved to SAS Institute Phils., Inc. as Professional Group Services Manager, where she hired and developed consultants for key solution areas in decision and support. Due to her commendable performance, she was promoted to Country Manager, after only 7 months with the company.

As a Country Manager for a little over 6 years, she managed the over-all operations of the company and spearheaded the development and implementation of its business plans, which proved to be the main driver of the company’s growth during her stint.

Among her noteworthy achievements was the establishment of strategic accounts in key industries and the development of a local Professional Services Team into a regional resource for the company’s Asia Pacific Operations.

The last year of her 9-year stint with the company was spent as the Asia Pacific Education Manager for the company’s International Headquarters in Sydney Australia, where, through her leadership, the Education Business Unit for SAS Asia Pacific was set up to be a profitable business and a strategic support to software sales.

After SAS, she had several stints in the academe, as lecturer in Ateneo de Manila University and currently at National Engineering Center and UP Diliman, where, among other subjects, she facilitates our SAP Training on Supply Chain Management Implementation.
