Mr. Dante M. Briones
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dante Briones paved the way for BayanTrade's transformation into being the premier Knowledge Process Outsourcing service provider in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Since his appointment in 2002, he has expanded the business and steered it towards fast growth and profitability through organic growth, new businesses and strategic acquisitions. Notable additions to the company’s core competency are the Technology-enabled Business Solutions, Hosted Business Solutions and the Global Operational Support business units.
Prior to BayanTrade, he was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc.; led the business process reengineering initiatives as director for corporate business systems at JG Summit Holdings, Inc.; and MIS manager at Sara Lee/DE Asia.
Mr. Briones finished a Master of Science Degree in Computational Mathematics from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.
Aside from being President and CEO of BayanTrade, Mr. Briones sits as member of the Board and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of ABM Computech Enterprises, Inc., the Managing Director for Hosted Solutions, Inc., Managing Director of BayanTrade Singapore, PTE LTD and member of the Board of Directors of BayanTrade, Inc.
Ms. Rose Lily P. Gilbero, C.P.A.
Vice-President, Finance
A results-oriented company like BayanTrade measures performance by numbers. And no one knows numbers better than Lily Gilbero, who, as VP of Finance, manages the company’s cash and liquidity.
A seasoned CFO, Ms. Gilbero capitalizes on her experience in Financial Management, encompassing both the commercial and legal aspects of Finance, Treasury, Controlling, Budgeting, Contracts Management, and Government and Tax Reporting. In fact, out of 20 years of practice, she spent the first 3 years being a senior auditor in a reputable auditing company and the rest being a CFO, knowledgeable in running processes within a company’s life span – from setup to operation, until liquidation including managing the entire acquisitions process.
On top of that, she is a certified SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling consultant, and she has taught in SAP Academy in Singapore for all areas of SAP financial modules.
Ms. Gilbero has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce (Major in Accounting) from the Ateneo de Davao University where she was a consistent dean’s lister and a COCOFED scholar.
Ms. Adeline Pacia
Vice-President, Enterprise Solutions Group
Adeline Pacia earned her
undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the
Philippines
- Diliman, where she is
also currently enrolled in Masters in Technology Management program.
The first half of over two decades
of working experience were spent in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Inc.,
where she quickly rose from the ranks from Programmer Analyst to Project
Manager, engaged in systems development and implementations in both mainframe
and microcomputer environments. She also had several major contributions, among
which were the conceptualization, development and implementation of a Customer
Service System and the first Executive Information System in
Meralco.
After 9 years with CIS, she moved
to SAS Institute Phils., Inc. as Professional Group Services Manager, where she
hired and developed consultants for key solution areas in decision and support.
She also developed and implemented business intelligence applications in
companies such as PLDT, San Miguel, UCPB and ADB. Due to her commendable
performance, she was promoted to Country Manager, after only 7 months with the
company.
As a Country Manager for a little
over 6 years, she managed the over-all operations of the company and spearheaded
the development and implementation of its business plans, which proved to be the
main driver of the company’s growth during her
stint.
Among her noteworthy achievements
was the establishment of strategic accounts in key industries and the
development of a local Professional Services Team into a regional resource for
the company’s Asia Pacific Operations.
The last year of her 9-year stint
with the company was spent as the Asia Pacific Education Manager for the
company’s International Headquarters in Sydney Australia, where, through her
leadership, the Education Business Unit for SAS Asia Pacific was set up to be a
profitable business and a strategic support to software sales.
After SAS, she had several stints
in the academe, as lecturer in Ateneo de Manila University and currently at
National
Engineering
Center and UP Diliman, where, among other
subjects, she facilitates our SAP Training on Supply Chain Management
Implementation.
She is also currently the Project
Manger of one of our SAP implementation projects in Moldex Realty.
