Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning
This is a very relevant seminar for professionals involved in the Planning function. Covering 2 days of important topics, this seminar is designed for Planners, Planning Supervisors and Managers. Day 1 covers the key concepts of forecasting, components of demand, qualitative and quantitative forecasting, time series, causal relationship and focus forecasting. Day 2 concepts include aggregate planning including techniques and yield management, inventory control and systems, supply planning – master production schedules, MRP systems, MRPII and JIT imbedded MRP systems.
