BayanTrade expands regionally as it acquires CITP Singapore Pte. Limited and its subsidiary, PT Columbus IT Indonesia.
In a Share Purchase Agreement signed February 15 between BayanTrade’s Singapore entity BayanTrade Singapore PTE Ltd. and CITP mother company Columbus IT Partner, BayanTrade formally buys 100% of CITP Singapore which in turn has controlling interest in PT Columbus IT Indonesia.
CITP Singapore and Indonesia are technology consulting and software development companies operating in Southeast Asia.
Their business focuses on assisting companies to improve their competitiveness and profitability through more effective organizational control and resource utilization. They provide mid-market Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions serving medium and large companies as well as subsidiaries of its global customers in Asia.
CITP is a Microsoft-certified partner, which enables it to resell Microsoft Dynamics solutions such as Dynamics AX (formerly “Axapta”) and NAV (formerly “NA”). PT Columbus IT Indonesia has offices in Jakarta and Surabaya.
Their client companies include those engaged in construction, distribution, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and retail. The acquisition is in line with BayanTrade’se vision to expand its services to the regional market.
At present, the BayanTrade Group of Companies is composed of ABM Computech Enterprises, Inc., Hosted Solutions, Inc., CITP Singapore and PT Columbus IT Indonesia and has seven offices in the Southeast Asian region. |
