2007 marked a year of notable growth and success for the BayanTrade Group of Companies. As the year 2008 opened, the group swept major awards at the two recently concluded SAP events: the SAP Field Kick Off Meeting 2008 at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre last January 27-29, and the SAP Philippines Partner Awards Night at the New World Renaissance Hotel in Makati City held last February 6.
The SAP Field Kick Off Meeting (FKOM) is an annual event for all SAP employees and partners in the Asia Pacific Japan region. At the FKOM, BayanTrade, through BT Systems, its SAP Business Division, placed second at the SAP Business All-In-One (A1) Demo Jam wherein chosen companies were asked to present their A1 solutions. Participants include industry giants such as Wipro. But the big winner for the event was BayanTrade’s affiliate, ABM Computech Enterprises, Inc., as they reaped four prestigious awards for the Business One category, namely: 2007 Achiever Award, 2007 Top New Names Award, 2007 Outstanding Implementation Performance Award for Asia Pacific Japan and Sales Excellence Award for Asia Pacific Japan for Elinor Amin, ABM Business Development Manager.
At the SAP Philippines Partner Awards Night, BayanTrade and ABM, again, took home several awards. BayanTrade received three awards for the Business All-In-One category, which were: SAP Partner of the Year; High Flyer of the Year for Ms. Cris Mendoza, Sales Manager for the mid-market; and Consultant of the Year award for Ms. Dominique Esguerra, project lead for the BT Builder Development team. BT Builder is BayanTrade’s industry business solution for the construction, engineering and real estate sector anchored on SAP.
ABM, on the other hand, received four awards. They were declared Business One Partner of the Year for New Names, and Partner of the Year for SAP Financing. Mary Etac-Yarzo, Consulting Manager and Loveme Salazar, Account Manager, were awarded Consultant of the Year for Business One and High Flyer of the Year for SAP Financing, respectively.
These serve as testimony to the BayanTrade Group’s excellent performance and outstanding contribution to SAP for 2007. With the year 2008 still ahead, the group is sure to uphold its reputation for being a consistent leader in the industry, both locally and internationally. |
