Business Ethics for the Purchasing Professional
This seminar is designed for all Purchasing Buyers, Supervisors & Managers, HRM Personnel, Audit Officers and Managers of all levels,. The session will impart to the participants the importance of ethics, sources of ethical values, and how it is developed in an organization. Processes for resolving ethical dilemmas, guidelines in settling ethical issues, and change management will also be discussed. The participants will realize the importance of ethics in his/her profession and the contributions it can bring for the company. The seminar also includes a workshop where participants are presented with cases on ethical dilemmas and use the concepts to present a resolution within a lively discussion with other participants.
