Aboitiz Construction Group, Inc.-Metaphil, the construction arm of the Aboitiz Group of Companies, now uses BT Builder, an SAP industry solution for construction developed by BayanTrade.
BT Builder covers and automates financial management, materials management, asset management, plant maintenance, and project management of ACGI-Metaphil. The preconfigured solution enables ACGI-Metaphil to streamline their operations according to industry best practices. By using BT Builder as their business application solution, ACGI-Metaphil aims to overcome business challenges like tracking the data from the company’s various projects; responding quickly to issues and market changes; generating reports; and translating the data into something that could be used by decision makers.
Zeny Novabos, Chief Information Officer and AVP for procurement at ACGI-Metaphil, spearheaded the implementation project. She said, “With SAP generating the right information, we can better manage project performance. We continually target margin improvement, despite the situation of the economy. We are confident that ACGI-Metaphil has the ability to achieve this goal. With the help of a system that captures industry best practices, we are even more excited to exceed expectations.”
