ABM Computech Enterprises, Inc., part of the BayanTrade Group of Companies, was one of the most active partner-participants in the recently concluded SAP SME Summit last June 8, 2010 at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Quezon City. The event was attended by 600 executives of different companies belonging to the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) market. With this year’s theme, “Solution for Faster and Smarter Business Decision”, the SME Summit highlights the importance of having an integrated business solution in an organization. SAP Business One 8.8 was also launched during the event.

Among other ABM customers for SAP Business One, Michael Corpuz, Chief Operating Officer of MIDA Food Distributors Inc., and Liza Yao, Executive Vice President of Richwell Group of Companies shared their respective experiences using the system. Both stressed the value and benefits they gained with SAP Business One, as well as the dedication and support of the ABM Delivery team during the implementation of their systems.

MIDA Food Distributors Inc. is a direct importer and distributor of frozen seafood products the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Richwell Trading Corporation is one of the leading companies in the distribution and marketing of children’s products from toys, footwear, infant and juvenile products and apparel in the Philippines.

Another ABM customer for SAP Business One, Pinakamasarap Corporation (known for manufacturing the Marca Piña line of food products), was also present at the SME Summit as an exhibitor. ABM Computech Enterprises project manager for SAP Business One Lilibeth Balucan and delivery group manager Mary Yarzo discussed the benefits and additional features of SAP Business One 8.8 during a well-attended breakout session during the SME Summit.
